I submitted my membership key and the system tells me it does not exist or does not retrieve all my details. What should I do?

If you have completed all the registration process and there is a problem when entering your FC Barcelona membership key, it could be because you were already registered to enjoy other advantages offered by FC Barcelona, such as Barça TV+, with another email. If you cannot remember the email, or you want to change it, please contact the FC Barcelona Supporters’ Clubs Department (0034934963600) or via email at penyes@fcbarcelona.cat, and we will help you confirm the change.
