Receptions with the official supporters’ clubs of the area in question may be organised to coincide with the travel of the teams, provided that the travel plan allows it.

Supporters’ clubs that want to participate in such activities should send a written request to the Department of Supporters’ Clubs at least 1 month before the scheduled sporting event.
