Whenever a supporters’ club requests the participation of the Club in an event, the request needs to be directed to the Department of Supporters’ Clubs through the event request form and as much information as possible must be provided.
The form must be sent, duly completed, by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) at least 2 months in advance. If the exact date is not set at the time of communication, at least the weekend on which the event will take place must be indicated.
