It includes the virtual platform where the attendees will connect, the rental of the physical space for 1/2 day, basic audiovisual equipment consisting of two microphones and one camera plus the necessary technical staff for support at all times. For basic conference format, two seats and a support table plus a lectern are included. Other technical services can be included upon request and a quote will be provided.
