There are some exceptional games for which tickets are not available - league games against Real Madrid and Atletico de Madrid, knock out stage games in the Champions League, either leg of the Spanish Super Cup and the semi-finals of the Spanish Cup.

The Club also reserves the right to declare a game as exceptional - if there is a risk of overcrowding.
