You can collect them during the week prior to the match from the main ticket offices located at Access 14, from 08:30 to 17:00 (on Fridays open until 14:00), or on the day of the match from ticket window number 90, located close to access 5, by the North Goal (Av. Joan XXIII) from 11.00 onwards.
